Folio End User Licence Agreement

You must not:

• resell, sub-license, rent or otherwise make Folio available to anyone else;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of Folio, except where the law allows this despite this restriction; or
• use Folio for any unlawful purpose.

Folio extracts data automatically, and extraction can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing the extracted data before it is posted to your accounting records. You must also keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.

Folio is an independent tool provided by Lean Ledger Ltd. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Intuit. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy statement.

How we handle personal data, including data from a connected QuickBooks Online company, is described in our Privacy Policy. Our general Website Terms also apply to your use of this website.

Folio is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be error free, uninterrupted or suitable for your particular needs.

To the extent the law allows, Lean Ledger Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of Folio. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us for Folio in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may stop using Folio at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break this agreement, or if we stop providing Folio. When access ends, the licence ends, and you must stop using Folio. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on liability and governing law, will continue.

We may update this agreement from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If you carry on using Folio after a change, you accept the updated agreement.

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
